Terms and Conditions

These purchase terms apply to orders submitted through yevqon.com.

1. Placing an Order

Submitting an order confirms that checkout information is accurate and that the customer is authorized to use the chosen payment method. Before fulfillment, an order may be reviewed. We may reasonably refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, failed payment, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical error, legal restrictions, or another legitimate operational reason.

2. Product Presentation

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production variation, and similar reasonable factors may cause minor differences in appearance.

3. Pricing and Charges

Checkout shows product prices, applicable discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final total before submission.

4. Payment

Available payment methods appear at checkout. Successful authorization and any applicable fraud or security review are required.

5. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or unusually high volume.

6. Shipping

Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Checkout displays shipping charges. Depending on inventory, location, and destination, our facility or a designated fulfillment partner may fulfill an order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds to the original payment method are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

8. Cancellation

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment starts. A successfully canceled order is not charged a cancellation fee.

9. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items

Contact us with the order information and relevant photographs or video if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description. After review, an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution will be offered.

10. Promotions

Promotions may carry eligibility criteria, expiration dates, product limitations, or other conditions presented with the offer.

11. Errors and Availability

Genuine pricing, description, inventory, and technical errors may be corrected when identified. If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will explain it and provide an available resolution.

12. Mandatory Consumer Rights

These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer protections that applicable law does not permit businesses to exclude or restrict.
