1. Return Period

An eligible product may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

2. Standard Eligibility

A standard return should generally be unused and in original condition, include original parts and accessories, include original packaging where reasonably possible, and be supported by proof of purchase or valid order information.

Before sending anything, email service@yevqon.com with the order number, the item, the reason for return, and photographs or video when relevant.

For an eligible preference-based return, including change of mind, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed because of the product or fulfillment process, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without requiring the customer to bear additional costs resulting from that error.

6. Inspection

Returned merchandise may be inspected after receipt to confirm that the applicable requirements are met.

7. Refund Timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is sent to the original payment method. Our processing generally takes 5–10 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds.

8. Order Problems

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description. Supply the order number and relevant photographs or video. The reviewed circumstances will determine an appropriate replacement, refund, or return arrangement.

9. Cancellation

Send a cancellation request promptly to service@yevqon.com. We will reasonably try to process a request received before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment begins. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
